CRANES

 

 

To the Japanese Cranes are a symbol of longevity

 

According to legend the bird lives for 1000 years, and so its influence in the garden is important

 

Daily viewing is supposed to ensure long life and happiness

 

Here, one of the cranes is feeding, whilst the other keeps watch,  providing the balance within the  Garden
